"Lucked into this gem. We stayed in unit 104 and walked into a newly remodeled unit. The grounds were kept clean and neat. Beach is a block away and Pier 60 is a walkable 15 minutes away. Great overall location and Great Staff!!!! Definitely staying here next time we visit. "

"The staff was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. They also are very friendly. When you stay here you are close to everything dining shopping and close to the beach! Not to mention the carts chairs and towels you need for the beach! My family had a blast both in and out of the room! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s planning a trip to Clearwater!"

"My mother had dementia and had a medical event, I had to fly down quickly. I booked a room there for 1 week. It checked all the boxes I needed. It had a kitchenette with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, ect. It was clean, had a good amount of cable channels and a beautiful pool. Its very wonderfully retro and very clean.
