"Had a wonderful stay at the Hopewell. Stayed in the Family suite, with an adjoining room. Super spacious for a family of five, with an amazing cityscape view to boot! Staff was super helpful, taxi/UBER drop off area a BIT complex to new HK travelers but got better after the first couple tries. A great home base to go out and see all the beautiful sites of HK and even Macau. Thanks and we "HOPE" to come back again in the future!"

The driver was also very friendly and easy to talk to, and he gave us some practical and helpful advice. "Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"
