The staff was friendly, and helpful. Internet was poor , to no connection at all . Room , was nice, clean, and panoramic view. However, the parking costs me $420 ! $45 a day , which is out of proportion. For this only reason , don’t think I will stay again .

The hotel is in very convenient location. They are 7-Eleven, MacDonald, restaurants with 5 mins walking. The view on the 35 floor is incredible. Although its facility is a bit old, it is very near from Pier 2. I will recommend for one night stay before a cruise. Its staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was older but for the cost it was pretty good. The good: upon arrival they moved us to a two queen instead of one king suite, the suite had a full kitchen plus washer and dryer, it was clean and had everything we needed. The not so good: parking was $45 per night. Sheesh! Customer service was okay during checkin but other than that staff don’t engage at all by saying welcome or acknowledging presence unless waiting at a counter. No good morning. Nothing. The parking attendants in the garage were very nice though.

Beautiful suite on 37th floor, staff were excellent! Super helpful and kind, pool was great and had jacuzzi too! Downtown Honalulu ..great location! Thank you!

Kind of crazy how many elevators you have to take to get to the pool/lobby/etc. Staff is wonderful, just super shady at night in the area.

Hotel was nice but a little older. Room was clean. Location is not too close to many restaurants but we were able to walk to a few places. We were there on weekend so many places were closed. We would stay there again.

On our last night I rang housekeeping & front desk multiple times for assistance, but no answer even after ringing for minutes on end. Frustrating! Otherwise, location, room size with a kitchen were excellent!
