Nice and clean. No parking for guests, shuttle service and breakfast included is only reason we picked this hotel not safe to walk to extremely limited dining behind hotel.

We booked this room for the airport shuttle which was out of commission, we were told to get a taxi and we did get reimbursed, and they called us a Lyft in the am for the trip back to the airport. This is right on the freeway and our room [911] was very noisy at 5 am when commuter traffic started up. So as long as you don’t want to sleep in, it’s convenient, double room beds are doubles, not Queens like in most hotels.

We will be staying again. The continental breakfast was the best! The shuttle wasn't working during our stay, but the hotel still provided transport to the airport by other means. Great service and staff, and a very convenient location.

The eggs were cold and runny the sausages were cold. They didn’t restock the food in a timely matter, around the hotel there were homeless people acting crazy trash in the streets.

When I arrived at the hotel service desk attendant told me the elevator was broken and I would have to take the stairs to my room. So, I informed her of my handicap and asked to be moved to a lower level unit. After moving there the experience was horrible their was holes and gaps within the sliding door and front door too. I screamed the 3rd day as a big lizard was sitting over head. Too make a long story short I call front desk they did move us to a better room and found that I had been given bad information, because the elevator was never broken. There was no free shuttle pickup from the airport, but later found out that they provided Uber or Lyft rides but u need to request it. The free breakfast was okay but repeatedly the same menu they called a full breakfast and the pool floor was to slippery for kids to enter. Overall the stay wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. I will still recommend the stay just be careful where they assign your room.

My husband and I were very disappointed with our stay here. Beau at the front desk was not very friendly and gave us an outside courtyard room with loud freeway noise and no elevator (had to log suitcases upstairs). We should have had a room inside the main hotel with elevator service, but we were too tired to complain. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the freeway noise in room 230 was loud and the wall unit AC was not cool enough. We were also told it would be $50 for early check in a few hours early, but then were told we could check in an hour early for free later on, after we declined it. Would not stay again. Area around hotel felt unsafe also.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning — a perfect way to start the day!

This property was convenient to the airport. There were limited dining options within walking distance. The building was very dated. The shower showed lots of wear & tear. That said, it was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The area is extremely noisy. The busy elevated highway is located very close to the hotel and very noisy. Also, the airport is extremely close, with very busy air traffic, including commercial, helicopters and military aircraft. It is on the bus line $3.00 fare. The taxi fare with tip is $60 to Waikīkī area.

Very friendly and helpful front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Room was comfortable and I liked the view. All three of the hotels I stayed at on this trip had the same issue: loud mini refrigerators (but they kept my items cold).

Although it is an older property, it is very close to the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms, has parking, places to eat within easy walking distance. I would stay here again.

Near highway. Too much noise. Also, no shuttle service. Asked us to take taxi from airport and it cost us $45. Hotel manager wanted us present the receipt, but rude taxi driver did nit give one and insisted cash only. We did not get reimbursed by the hotel, after adking us to hire taxi.
