It was a nice place to stay warning beds are uncomfortable and pillow is flat , but other then that a good decent place to stay for cheap in Hawaii .

There service did not work for the 8 days I was there why I’m giving it 3 stars on that. Im sure there working on getting it fixed! But everything else was perfect!! 5 stars!

Near the heart of the beach restaurants and shopping. Each cube was very clean as were the common areas. It was less expensive than the Hostels but so much more private. It was a neat experience, and I would do it again.

I had never stayed at a place like this and loved it. Stood in the women’s section and felt so safe. I enjoyed the experience. Would definitely stay here again! The only concern was the shower curtains. If they could changed maybe once a week I would be able to give 5 stars across the board

My stay was terrible. There were human feces left on the toilets and bloody boogers on the bathroom walls. I tried contacting the manager and was given the run around for 4 days. The beds were hard, they only gave me 1 pillow and they "found" an extra one. It was so cold my clothes were always damp and someone's alarm went off 2 nights in a row at 3:30am, which wasn't turned off for about 15 minutes. My last night there, someone's alarm went off at 5:30am, which wasn't as bad, but still. The washer/dryer was out of order, the lock in my room was missing....I could go on and on and on but hey, what's this review really going to do, apparently people LOVE this place. Still haven't gotten a call from the manager.

一人旅で2泊利用させてもらいました。ロイヤルハワイアンセンターの向かい側で立地最高です。 フロントの方は日本人の方も居られたので日本語で全て完結しました。 ホテル内は比較的綺麗ですがシャワールームの所にある洗面所の床はドライヤー後の髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたり、洗面台にゴミがそのままだったりと清潔感はありませんでしたが、掃除道具が見えるところにあったので床の髪の毛の掃除をしてから使いました。 客室は静かでかなり快適に睡眠できて良かったです。 個々の部屋の扉はアコーディオンですが内側からカギもかけられました。 バスタオル、フェイスタオルのセットは1日1セットついていました。 私はまた是非利用したいと思います。

Pics are deceiving. The beds are so hard that I could not sleep the four nights that I stayed here. I paid $50 USA extra a night for the first class room thinking the bed would be better, but after I upgraded, was told the bed matresses are all the same. They could not give me an extra duvet to put underneath me because they don't "have any" which I find hard to beleive. I had to fold my duvet into 3 and sleep on it but still was very uncomfortable. The AC is blasting cold air at night regardless of the weather outside (it was mild while I was there) and I had no covers other than my own personal towel. There is a space above the closing door and a light that stays on all night shining directly into the room, which is distracting. You cannot turn on your TV or talk on the phone in the room even during the day. The walls are so thin that you hear every movement and door opening even on the other side. When I inquired about the first class room over the phone, I was told that there is a seperate bathroom and shower area for first class. That is not the case. The common areas are constantly dirty: kitchen, toilets and showers. People don't clean up after themselves and I never saw any cleaning staff throughout the day cleaning the common areas. The economy "room" is just a small bed and you can't even stand up straight in room. The business room is the same size but with standing room. The first class room is half decent but still not worth the price I paid.

My first time at this place and I loved it! I appreciate it being affordable and convenient for solo trips. The pod was neat and clean, the staff were great and super helpful. I would definitely book again for my next stay.

For the uninitiated it may be a little daunting, but I found the pods to work out very well. They have about the same feel as using a berth on a boat. You have a locker for your stuff and everyone stays pretty quiet when in the sleeping quarters. I have absolutely no complaints during the 2.5 weeks I stayed. I would, and may, stay again.
The common room. People eat and do their work in here.
Yeah, it's messy, but that's the way it looks when you've been using it.
The facility has wifi, so I spent some time watching videos on my iPad, with headphones on.

You should only use this service if you can guarantee you won't get sick. The tight, close quarters requires 24/7 cleaning service, especially to prevent the spread of infection. The cruise and "freshen up" guests coming in and out, add another dimension of hygienic issues. The staff itself tries their best, they were polite and mostly professional, but it's not the staff, it's the concept. I stayed in one in Japan, but it was designed differently and, 100 times cleaner..The public spaces, especially the kitchen and fridge need constant tending.

The staff were outstanding!!! The pods were kinda cool. The location was unbeatable. The only 2 complaints: the beds are rock-hard. There is no laundry. The 1/One machine has been broken for months.
