This property operates more like a bare-minimum Starbucks than a Hilton. If you need something, you can holler, but the staff behave like they’re just counting down the minutes until they can go home. No one answers the phone — we called for 45 minutes, the hallway house phone was dead, and there was no one at check-in. They acted as if there were lines out the door (there weren’t).
They also tried to add extra charges after the deal was already closed. The amount was small, but it’s the principle: once a price is confirmed, you can’t just change it. That’s a **consumer-protection
Everyone there is just waiting for the 15th or the 30th to roll around — or trying to herd you into a timeshare pitch like it’s a soccer try-out. It’s not a hotel, it’s a sales floor with beds.
The level of apathy and attitude made it feel less like a Hilton and more like a sad campground with better plumbing.
I wouldn’t go back.
