The Twin Fin Hotel

8/10 Good

"The cleaning staff was very helpful and willing to give us extra towels if we needed them. We did have a problem was the front desk. There were not enough people to check people in waited over a half hour when we’re only two other people ahead of me. This is the fourth time I’ve been to twin Finn and I asked them if there’s any chance if I could get upgraded for a partial ocean for you to an ocean view and they told me NO. So I told him I would come back to Hawaii, which will probably be in a couple years. I will probably say someplace else."

"The only reason I would not give 5 stars for everything is because the elevator situation is terrible. It is mad chaos to get on in the lobby and the elevators are so hot and u get stuck in them opening at every floor. Other than the elevators the resort was beautiful"
