"The location of the hotel was great! Very convenient in terms of closeness to the beach and restaurants. The amenities are good! It’s nice that they give you chairs to take to the beach. We got an ocean front room and initially it was on the 9th floor and the street noise is very very loud. We asked to be moved to a higher floor and we were accommodated the next day to a room on a much higher floor. If you are staying here, try to be on the highest floor possible to avoid loud noise from the street, especially if travelling with little ones. Overall, our stay was great! Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Escalator to reception was out of order. Need key card to put floor number in prior to going into elevator. Hotel has changed names/brands few times, still needs updated. Bed was fine for most part although no true “comforter” had to ask for another blanket. Check in at 4p and Late check out not available for us but able to get courtesy hour til Noon. Location is on farthest east part of Waikiki (closest to zoo, volleyball courts)"

"I had breakfast every day there I wish there was more variety. It wasn’t as good as it should’ve been. I hated to have a partial ocean view. I loved that."

"The Breakfast food was adequate. Airport shuttle arrived in a timely way in front of Hotel. The main problem was the noise. I just had surgery and could not fly right away so had to stay overnite. And my room was right next to freeway."

"Waikīkī is busy and noisy 24/7. Its great to be in the center of it all and so close to the beach, but don’t expect quiet even 20 or 30 floors above. "

"We only stayed one night but the staff was lovely, room was nice, clean, breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to someone else "
