"The hotel was unclean, the bathroom was very dirty, and the room smelled bad."

"I didn't know about there changes that even if you get a room that sleeps for 6 ro 8 people you still have to pay for each guest 20.00 after 2 guest. I have a family of 5 got my surprise when I went to check in that I hade to pay extra extra 60 and parking for each day . We stayed for 2 days good thing we had extra money. Took away from doing bowling and other things . I guess it doesn't matter you pay extra for the space you still need to pay more."

"The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new. Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room. When I contacted them a second time, they offered a discount on a future stay. Won't be needed."

"We were going to Sleeping Bear Dunes so there really are not a lot of options for stays. The service was fast on the phone during business hours. I did not love that the after hour check-in requires taking a key from a public box for safety reasons. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. When we got to our room the heat was not on and the room was at 59 degrees, mind you it is 40 and dropping. We spent a long time trying to determine how to turn the heat on (it is not using the wall thermostat but the ac looking unit which is very difficult to get to as a counter top was installed right on top of it). The unit proceeds to blow cold and hot air. Both the bath tub and toilet are leaking water and the bathroom floor is warping because of it. Additionally, you can hear everything from the rooms around you and outside (I can see why they provide a white noise machine). Aside from all of that the room was clean. Hard to recommend but I know it’s one of the only options."

"The pillows were not good, and we asked the front desk for a couple extra and they only had one, other than that tue stay was great"

"We had a king size room nothing special about it. It’s just a room. A bed, TV, small desk, a nightstand on one side of the bed and a pedestal for the other side of the bed. It was clean. The bed squeaked every time we moved around, but it was comfortable. Wi-Fi was down most of the weekend we were there, which was very frustrating. Staff was friendly, but the front desk gal talked fast and was hard to understand for us upon checking in. Breakfast was better than most. Although our second day, their pancake machine wasn’t working and had to wait for them to refill the yogurt. Would’ve liked to have seen some fresh fruit, but that’s just just a personal preference. We love that we could get coffee anytime throughout the day."
