"It’s a classic NP lodge with all the charms and limitations. The lodge has great views of the lawn and lake but ALL the windows were so dirty you couldn’t effectively see out. Staff typical of Aramark run facilities-half attentive and nice, half zombies. Fabulous guilted rain forest tour with wonderful guide."

"Had an excellent stay at this resort. From check-in to check out things went smoothly. Staff was helpful. The property has good amenities with good access. It's an older property and it's a bit rustic, but that's what you should expect on the Olympic Peninsula within the national park. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others"

"The staff was really great, especially on such short notice being that we booked last minute. The room and amenities- well they leave a lot to be desired. If you have a good eye for detail, you will notice everything that is not clean or not well maintained or hurriedly put together in the rooms. Fresh paint always makes it look great, but once you seeeeee it, you can’t unsee things. The smallest non issue I had was there was not a shower curtain, went and got one and then there weren’t any shower rings for the rod. I improvised."

"I thought the location was great, the pillows and bed are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. The security key for the room wouldn't hold the programming and I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get a new card."
