"The entire stay was great! The host (Mr Tomoya) was very helpful at check in and gave us a detailed overview of the area and how to get around. I would definitely reccomend Jizo House to a friend and stay here when I visit kyoto next."

"Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!! "

"The Abita is a boutique type hotel in a central but relatively quiet location in Kyoto. The room amenities and fittings were top rated with nice artwork touches. The staff and systems showed good management and effort to assist the guests stay. The location was good, easy walk to local subway station and further walk/subway ride to restaurants/nightlife and daytime sightseeing activity. Highly recommended for above average hotel stay in Kyoto. "

"This is a wonderful stay and my best experience so far at Japan. People are super friendly. When you arrival, there is welcoming black tea. Room is very clean. Snacks and drinks are delicious and free! Bedding, bathing, showering are all great, comfortable and clean. Also this place is located in very quiet neighborhood. Convenient transportation to most attractions"

"京都駅からアクセスがよく、コンビニ、飲食店が近くにありとても便利です。シャワーブースにドアが着いており、ユニットバスのシャワーカーテンのように注意を払う必要がないのでストレスがありませんでした。部屋は広いとは言い難いですが、デスクが横に広かったので、使い勝手が良かったです。チェックアウト前に、バッグの内側ファスナーに財布のファスナーの引き手がつながってしまうという、「何でこうなるの？」のトラブルにもスタッフの方々が親切丁寧に対応してくださり、無事解決することができました。また、利用させていただきます。"
