"When we first arrived we were not expecting more than an average room to spend a night passing through. The entrance was tricky and the pavement bumpy but an early check-in and friendly staff had us in a King room with our dog. First the hall to the room was clean, smelled fresh. "Room very clean and beds extra comfortable. Lots of small decorating features for a motel and gardens on grounds were extra beautiful. Rooms themselves felt older but with new furnishings. Overall a comfortable stay."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating (example: got to the complimentary breakfast 15 minutes before close. No coffee, so she cheerfully made a fresh pot just for us.) Place was clean;everything worked great. Had a nice bench seat outside the room to look at the mountains and relax after several hours of motorcycle riding. I would absolutely recommend the place and would stay there again."

"Heat didn't work but I didn't really need it. WiFi unavailable but that's probably the service provider's fault and water didn't run hot enough - took me a while to figure out the tap situation in the shower."

"The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly!! We were going to our grandsons graduation and she printed off directions to help us. In the evening we couldn't figure out something regarding the cooling system and the TV and the desk clerk came up to the room twice to assist us. They were so friendly and we love staying there."

"We were hoping to use the pool. It was NOT USABLE DUE TO the WATER BEING CLOUDY. The room had a bleach smell. We were promised a “free breakfast”. Instead, we received a granola bar and orange juice with mandarin orange segments at check in."

"Innkeeper is friendly and the place was fairly clean. Lovely to have coffee and complimentary breakfast on site. Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal."

"We came into town for a few days to visit friends. This was a perfect place. The home was clean and very inviting! Quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cooking ware you may need. You will not regret staying here. We loved the photo album of how the home was built! "
