"Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not without issues. When we arrived, the internet was down—no big deal since we didn’t need it right away, and it was restored within a couple of hours.
After settling into our room (which was decent), we realized a few hours later that the air wasn’t working. Thankfully, the front desk was quick to move us to another room, which we appreciated.
The biggest letdown, though, was breakfast. The selection was very limited—cold eggs, sausage ran out, and there was a bowl of what looked like “community” oatmeal. There was supposed to be potatoes with veggies, but there weren’t actually any veggies. Just a few slices of bread for toast, some unwrapped muffins, and a bowl of apples and oranges. To top it off, there were visible stains on some of the silverware and glassware.
Honestly, the pancake maker was the highlight. Glad this was just a one-night stay."
"I was in communication with the hotel for two weeks about coming and having a little party for our adoption, they advertise an indoor pool but then when there’s weather outside, they wanted to close the pool for thunder so if it’s not truly indoor, they need to disclose that. It started thundering so they shut the pool down when I was communicating with him for two weeks that we were gonna have a party at the pool and then upon check-in, they said that since we have two rooms, you can only have eight people and anyone else beyond that is a charge. The pool area and the hot tub were really nice. The male Indian figure was a smart ass to me about the thunder. My mom‘s room bathroom wasn’t cleaned so they had to give her a new room. Her air conditioner didn’t work very well in her new room. I mean, I would give this place a 2.5 out of five stars because the breakfast was really good. We had a nice spacious room. Everyone I talked to on the phone was nice but then the guy was rude about the thunder. Overall we ended up having a great time and it wasn’t ruined too much. I probably won’t choose this hotel again."
"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable…but there was no coffee in the room. This is a big negative for me. I don’t want to get dressed and go down to the lobby to get coffee in the morning."
