"Nice clean place. We were basically just there to sleep but the room was clean and the staff was friendly at check in. Didn't have much other interaction. The restaurant was great. We got coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was perfect."

"When we arrived the elevator was broken and I felt that some token accommodation should've been offered. The weekend desk managers seemed young and a little clueless, certainly for people in the "hospitality" industry to say nothing of a hotel of this caliber. The magnified mirror in the bathroom was broken and no great effort was made to fix it. Not a bad experience but not a great one."
