I arrived early, they handled the paperwork, grabbed my bags and sent me on my way with a promise to notify me if my room was available early. I returned to find my baggage in my room and a well thought out welcome gift waiting for me. Not just your usual candy but useful items we often forget, nail clippers, a comb, eye shades, toothbrush.
