"Listen. I have livid in Vegas since 2013. I have stayed at alot of hotels on and off the strip. By far hands down this is most clean hotel I have stayed in. PERIOD! The silver was even shining in the bathroom. The bed super comfortable, pillows felt high end and fluffy. There was ice maker in the fridge, nice stove top and well lit room. Outside there was gas grills with seating if you wanted to bbq. The hotel smelled clean upon walking in, staff was very kind (the gentleman that checked me in was so professional). I cant get over my experience and it had me looking at other locations in the USA. Hands down best experience, yes the location is off the strip but let me tell you if you dont care about that or having a pool book here. You will not be disappointed!"

"The food was great at every venue. The room was large and appeared clean. We did not sleep well, the bed was getting old, soft on the edge. Overall it is fine. No real issues, just not great."

"Stayed here for a concert nearby and had a mixed experience. The room was clean upon arrival, but very outdated—especially the bathroom. There were visible scratches at the bottom of the sink, and the tissue box mounted on the wall actually fell out, which didn’t leave a great impression. The TV also didn’t work despite trying every input, which was frustrating. Housekeeping was also disappointing. No one came to clean our room during our stay, even though we didn’t have a do not disturb sign on the door. We ended up having to go to the front desk ourselves to request fresh towels. On the positive side, the bed was decently comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was really great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay—nothing amazing, but it did the job. One thing I did appreciate was the free and easy parking, which is a big plus since many hotels in Vegas now charge for it. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but the hotel could really use some updates and better maintenance."
