"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. "Room was clean. However, prior to our trip, my card on file was used at a restaurant in the area, which the hotel was then promoting at their front desk— suspicious. Hotel staff was generally unhelpful and so loud outside of our room in the early hours of the morning. Didn’t give new towels when we requested and were very stingy with the free amenities of the room (water, coffee, etc.). Made us feel like we were bothering them any time we asked for anything. Hotel is not central to most tourist destinations in London, but has a bus stop immediately outside and a train station that is about a 7 minute walk. Will not be returning, mostly due to the unauthorized card charge."

"Staff helpful, clean hotel booked a deluxe room was the same as a standard room ask reception and was told by a manager it was a deluxe room we were going by the pictures from the booking site and the actual so don't bother wasting money on a deluxe room unless its a corner deluxe , the room we were in was small compared to other hotels we have stayed in around the area and have paid similar rates The tv reception was very poor kept cutting out we did report this when we checked out"

"This is a very convenient place if you are working a Tradeshow at the Excel, it’s only a five minute walk. It is clean and they do have a restaurant and a bar downstairs. We had a bit of a mixup at the bar downstairs with pricing of some of the drinks. Just be clear about what you want and what you are actually paying for it."

"Check in was the only part that was ok. The room looked ok but in reality it wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. The room was boiling hot and with a thermostat on the wall turning it to 15 degrees did nothing the room felt hot warmer than outside. The corridor was cooler. Called reception to asked about the air conditioning or if they had a fan they said they would sort something and call me back. This didn’t happen so had a room all night that was uncomfortable and unbearable heat. The toilet was separated from the bathroom but with no sink to wash hands and smaller than a wardrobe in side. At checkout the receptionist was rude,defensive and had an excuse for everything. She said we don’t have any service engineers late in the evening and it’s not air con it’s an air r cooling system and due to hot weather the rooms will be hot. Unhelpful and not apologetic at all. Wouldn’t recommend a stay and definitely not worth the money."
