"The rooms were great. They were bigger than most European guesthouse rooms.
The hotel is in a quiet area of town but still within walking distance to everything.

We ate in the restaurant for two nights, attentive staff, helped translate menu from German into English.
Lovely restaurant with a good menu, and an excellent and varied breakfast.

The room as well as the entire hotel was spotless. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large breakfast buffet but no dinner service. "The only positives from this hotel are the location being right next to the train and buses, and close to the Garmisch walking district. The included breakfast was very good and beneficial as well.
On the flip side, when you first arrive everything is so modern and updated in the lobby. Then you go up to your room and it’s all run down and old. No updates done for guests rooms or hallways. The balcony next to our room’s window allowed for someone to just look into our room and they were...
