"spacious apartment near shops. Basic kitchen with 4 plates, cups etc. Noisy European laundry. Shower leaked. Cleaning is twice per week."

"We had a room on the highway side of the building and despite double glazing it was quite noisy. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work very well and the bed was very soft. "

"Room was clean and functional. Decors a little old fashion but fine. Bathroom a little bit cramped. Great location for travellers to stop over enroute north or south as motel next to Pacific Highway. We did not hear road traffic in our room. "

"Everyone from reception to the sous chef was personable & fantastic. I needed scanning & emailing done and it was not a problem to a special request on the menu & the chef came out and organised it perfectly - a 10/10 experience "

"Positives: *Registration process was very simple & not at all intrusive. *The view from the room was lovely: overlooked the golf course green & swimming pool. *The size of the room and bathroom was very comfortable. *Front desk person Peter’s mood the next day. Seemed in better spirits. *Was given an 11:00 am check-out but… Negatives: *Was greeted by Peter at front desk who seemed annoyed and irritated – perhaps not having a good day. *The room smelled like stale cigarette & when the aircon was...

"Arrived late - keys were easy to find. Cabin was very clean for its age and very good linen. We left early in the morning so I can’t comment on the amenities but the key drop off was also easy and simple. Thx"
