"I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said "

"Nice room overall. Fireplace was nice. Everything worked. However, the bathroom and entry tile had a lot of grime and dirt showing on it. It was not from a recent stay but appeared to be accumulation over time. I wonder if the carpet was that dirty too. "

The hotel charged me for incidentals when I know for a fact, I left my room clean. I feel like I got charged for incidental since I pointed out there was so many bugs in the hotel.
