"We had a wonderful stay at Fitzroy Motor Inn this past weekend. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a very relaxing place to stay.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service we received. The receptionist on duty on Friday was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her genuine care and willingness to help made us feel valued and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
It’s always the little things that make a difference, and the customer service here really went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grafton"

"A nice place for weekend escape and long holidays. Short drive to Coffs Harbour town centre and other local attractions. Clean room with excellent valley and mountain views. Pet and kids friendly environment including a swimming pool and BBQ area, water ponds, creeks, cows to explore during the stay. Owner is nice and very helpful. "

"My impression of the Big 4 Big River Holiday Park was a disappointment, over priced for what was on offer. This Park was tidy, but lack shaded areas or greenery, has a very mediocre (small) size gated swimming pool. The two bedroom cabins are very small containing a matchbox size bathroom, the shower floor tiles are extremely slippery, with the shower hot and cold water hard to regulate. The slope down to the riverside from the cabin was too steep if for anyone mobility issues. On the positive side, the outside verandah is generous in size providing a beautiful river view wth adequate seating and at the time of our stay quite being a non school or public holiday time. "
