Hotel was clean. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was courteous. The price was reasonable for this hotel stay. We would stay here again.

The only problem I had was making the reservation. I called what I thought was the hot springs Comfort Inn suites. The person on the phone was not very helpful and gave me a very high rate said there was only one room available. I hung up got on line w Expedia and made my reservations. When I got to motel the front desk staff was very helpful. I do feel it was a little pricy. I hung

I treated myself to a room with a hot tub, and everything was very nice. Front desk staff very helpful, since I was traveling solo. Only negative was the horrible exit off the highway where you had to cross over 4 lanes to turn in a distance of about8 car lengths.

While the property was clean & the staff pleasant, the A/C in our room was very noisy so we did not sleep well. With the exception of the waffles and coffee, breakfast items were cold, and/or stale. Once our fav in Hot Springs, we will not return. Extremely disappointing.

VERY KID FRIENDLY. POOR AND SPA WAS GREAT FOR CHILDREN. 13 AND 7 YEAR OLD COULD PLAY AND BE LOUD WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. FRONT DESK LADIES WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED DIRECTIONS WELL PLUS ATTRACTIONS OF THE CITY.

Went for the eclipse. Never left the property. Grubhub brang supper. Continental breakfast in the morning and totality about 10 til 2. Once in a lifetime that I have seen twice. Great place great stay wouldn't let us on the roof but zI won't hold that against them

We are a family of 5 and our 1st time time here to Hot Springs, Arkansas! Made our reservation online and the room was very clean! The beds were so comfy to us and the hot water lasted! The indoor pool and hot tub was a great way to end the evening and relax.. The breakfast was fresh, hot and good! We all got full! Thank you
