The best things are the lovely views of the Vinales valley, clean rooms, felt secure (lacking functioning safe in room). Swimming pool deep and cool, open until 6pm. Cocktails at bar average. We didn’t eat there and chose to eat at local paladar restaurants nearby which were excellent within a few hundred metres distance. Breakfast at hotel was good - omelette bar and cold selection fruit, cheese etc.

Utsikten är obetalbar, helt fantastisk, men hotellet ligger långt från byn Viñales vilket betyder att man får ta taxi till allt. Bemötande och service var det sämsta vi mötte under vår två veckor långa rundresa på Cuba. Hotellet har tydligen stora återkommande problem med vattenförsörjningen. Vi hade bara vatten under några förutbestämda timmar på förmiddagen och några på kvällen. Med andra ord inga toalettbesök övrig tid... :( Och inget varmvatten, så ingen dusch heller :(

L'hôtel est fidèle à la description fournie, mais les chambres restent légèrement deceventes pour le prix : moisissure dans la salle de bain, sol sale (traces des précédents clients...). Enfin le restaurant de l'hôtel ne vaut vraiment pas du tout le coup, ni au petit déjeuné, ni au dîner. Mieux vaut prendre un taxi et aller en centre ville, vous en aurez plus pour votre argent

Ausblick phantastisch, ansonsten schimmelig und schmutzig. Ich würde es trotzdem wieder buchen, weil es woanders auch nicht wirklich besser ist.

とにかく部屋からの景色が最高。 食事も鶏のバーベキューを食べたがとても美味しかった。 ビニャーレスの街からは遠いが、バーの値段も街に比べて高くないし、考え得るほとんどのツアーも申し込めるので、土産探し以外で街へ降りる必要もないと思う。 ハバナへ帰るバスも12CUCで申し込み可能なので、ほぼ全てがここで完結出来ると感じた。

The property is beautifully located. Rooms have a great view of the Vinales valley. However, being old and being in Cuba, it had its cons. The flooring in rooms was the old tiles that felt very dusty. The hotel has issues with water supply from the city. Apparently the hotel can’t do anything about it. It’s very annoying when you can’t take your shower on time after a day at the beach which didn’t have running fresh water either. The service was fair, staff was very attentive.

Die Aussicht von diesem Hotel ist absolut top. Das Hotel naja... der Lättlirost krachte als wir uns hinlegten 🙄 das Zimmer eher schmudlig als sauber. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und obwohl gewisses Essen nicht vorhanden war wegen der Lage in Kuba, zauberten sie ein leckeres Essen😃

It was an amazing experience.

The hotel location is amazing because of the view. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the pool is old but the purpose is to keep you wet. The breakfast is open buffet which is good (do not miss that). The food in Cuba is different then we use too lack of spices. But you will survive.

locatie zelf is super mooi. midden tussen de bergen en en mooi en groot zwembad. Ruime kamer, alleen moesten wij steeds 3 hoog met de trap. terwijl al bij de boeking was door gegeven niet te hoog van wege knie problemen Erg jammer. wel vriendelijk personeel.

The WORST hotel, even for Cuba

HORRID EXPERIENCE: My partner and I are disgusted and disappointed by our stay (for which we have received a goodwill gesture from our booking site), and want to warn anyone planning to stay at this hotel. The staff are the rudest I have encountered in Cuba. For example, the reception personnel refused to serve us when they were eating during their work hours, telling us to wait, and then made “spitting sounds and gestures” to get rid of us when we asked for information. There are some nice members of staff, in particular the chambermaids, but the overall service level is appallingly poor and unwelcoming. The room (individual rooms facing the beautiful valley) were big but in desperate need of renovation: our curtains were dirty, the air-con made a sound resembling a tractor in your ear, the bathroom was untidy, etc. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. The hairdryer didn’t work and we were advised to use a communal hairdryer instead. The iron had some residue on it and started to smoke and smell as soon as we turned it on, so that couldn’t be used either. The swimming pool area was loud and the pool itself was disgustingly dirty; there was plastic waste and piles of dust/hair on the bottom of it, and we couldn’t use it at all. Finally, the food at the restaurant was, to say the least, off-putting. Selection didn’t vary much and included some dry cheese, tasteless boiled beans and rice, and some suspicious looking meat and seafood.

Los Jazmines var et rigtig lækkert hotel. Vi boede i junior suite og havde fantastisk udsigt. Der kommer dog mange turistbusser og ser hotellet/udsigten derfra og derfor er der også tit et band, der spiller musik aka der er en del larm. Restaurantens a la carte menu har gode kødretter, men buffeten er ret kedelig

Hotel i helt fantastiske naturomgivelser

Hotellet ligger i helt fantastiske naturomgivelser, ca 10 minutters kørsel fra selve byen Vinales. Værelserne er store og alle med egen altan med udsigt over det flotte dalområde med de karakteristiske bjerge. Personalet var hjælpsomme og imødekommende.
