If you're looking for a hotel with an onsite restaurant, this isn't the one. But if you want a good modern hotel with clean rooms in a reasonable location with reasonable prices, this is the one. Conveniently located between Courtenay Place and Cuba where dining options are endless. Bus stops nearby. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice place to stay. The location is great, close to everything. Spacious rooms kitchen and living area. Well equipped kitchen, a/c and washer and dryer. Lovely modern style in common areas. Nice staff and free coffee and snacks in the lobby. The downsides are that chinese restaurant is next door and we could smell it if the balcony was open and we could hear loud music from the night clubs far past midnight. Overall very happy with everything, will stay again."

"Friendly, welcoming professional staff, quiet hotel and rooms that look relatively new - location is top knotch in the middle of town between shops - also near a Chemist warehouse and a Woolworths supermarket. An easy 15min walk to Wellington Train Station for regular walkers and also to the Cable Car station. The room is well stocked, super comfy bed and very handy to have a washer and dryer in it. My unit was on the ground floor, right out front, but there must have been superior sound-proofing as I couldn't hear traffic at all. My unit was beautifully decorated, bed linens clean and fresh and fabulous curtaining.
