Absolutely great service.
Staff is so awesome. Location was perfect and I slept like a baby. No noise from Mardi Gras crowd. All I can say is, I will definitely stay there again. This hotel is frequently used by employees from cruise ships and contractors working. So expect minor wear and tear in some rooms but I sure didn’t mind. Feeling welcome and safe was most important to me. Especially at parade season.

Firstly and most important, please upgrade your pillows… the pillows are too small more like a cushion. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. I couldn’t sleep whole night. The whole room smells wired. Not sure if the room service did clean bathtub, the shower bar and soap that were used by last guest were still there after we checked in. The lady at the front desk was pretty nice and friendly tho.

Rooms are set up so you don't hear other guests Good AC that blows all the time and doesn't make weird noises. Didn't like not having any coffee packets in the room for the coffee pot.

Mattress dilemma

The lady a front counter was nice. When I walked up to enter hotel, People were smoking out front next to the front door. My bed was so uncomfortable, I could feel the wires in the mattress. I didn’t sleep well at all I wanted extra towels they said bring dirty towels down first, we will exchange dirty for clean

Quiet nice place to stay
When I arrived the outside was clean and looked well kept. The person at the counter when I checked in was very nice and friendly and did give the daily pleasantries which is a big plus in my book. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The room was quiet and I did enjoy a good nights sleep.
