"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible."

"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple (green salad, two egg fries, bread with butter and jam, fruits, and a pot of coffee or black tea) but delicious. "建物はかなり古いが部屋は広く快適ではあった。夕食は外に食べに行ったので分からないが、朝ごはんは最上階で眺めの良いところでのビュッフェを楽しむことができた。庭と蓼科湖の散策は便利で楽しかった。納得できなかったのは、夏のプールをが楽しみにしていたのに、チェックインの時間とプール使用可能時間と、チェックアウト時間とプール使用時間及びお風呂使用可能時間が合わず、結局プールは断念しました。水着持って行ったのにがっかりです。"
