"Motel is fine for a 1 or 2 star motel. It is clean and has good comfortable beds. The room was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. Barely can fit two people. Otherwise it is fine. Again you need to know that this is super basic motel and the rating is based on that. Don’t expect a nice accommodation when renting it. Fine for a 1 night stay but I wouldnt stay there for longer. It has AC but it is a bit loud and blows right at the bed. Need to cover it with a towel if you don’t want to get cold air blown...

"This b&b was so charming. The room was very well kept and had a private bathroom and we especially loved the decor of the living areas. It was well thought out and visually pleasing and calming. Brad the owner was so helpful with suggesting places to eat around the area and Laura the innkeeper made the best breakfasts that were included with our stay. "My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!"

"It is truly a clean establishment; nevertheless, with the exception of Amanda who checked us out, all three (3) black... I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem. No smile, no courtesy whatsoever...I understood...
