Hotel was very clean and new. The reception staff was nice and helpful. We had a slight issue checking in but they took care of it quickly. Appreciated the full sized bottles of bathroom amenities rather than the typical mini versions. AC worked very well in the room but wished the lobby had a little better air circulation. There were plenty of parking spots even when we got in at night time. Location is great for food as it's near Chinatown and Little Saigon.

I come to Houston for work several times a month and always stay at the Doubletree Westchase Hotel. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and provide a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome. Manny, in particular, is an excellent staff member whose exceptional customer service makes you feel like you’re at a high-end hotel. His dedication and professionalism truly enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this part of Houston.

Great area to stay in have been staying at this property since it was a Holiday Inn years ago whenever I visit Houston. Front desk staff in the morning is rude and not friendly but Manny I believe and the other gentleman in the afternoon were great to deal with
