The staff at the front desk was excellent and welcoming. Only had a short stay so i didn't get to see all the facilities, but the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Very nice staff. My only criticism is that being on the freeway there is noisey racing cars outside the window at night.

New and clean property with quick access to the freeway and plenty of parking. Front staff could be a little friendlier but no big deal. I don't expect Ritz Carlton service from a Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel was newer, rooms were nice and clean. Only complaint was that the people above us were extremely noisy. It sounded like there was a stampede at 4 am.

2nd stay and just as amazing as the 1rst
This is a lovely hotel. Its clean and smells good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. Love that they don't have thise tiny bottles that you cant get anything out of. Also a full sized hair dryer. There is a keurig and a good sized refrigerator in the room as well.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a good, safe area and is located around many stores for grocery shopping and personal shopping. The hotel serves a daily hot breakfast which is delicious and has a small bodega section next to the front desk that sells snacks, small selection of frozen items and personal items. The hotel is also next to Goodwill, which is a plus for people who like thrift stores.

Easy access off freeway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large lobby area, bright and festively decorated for the holidays. Very good breakfast with changing options and a great staff person keeping everything stocked. Room was bright and very clean. Nice large shower. We were very pleasantly surprised at what a great find this was. Recommend highly.
