Sonesta Simply Suites Houston – NASA Clear Lake
Quality room and amenities. Staff were pleasant and friendly except the manager, he never smiled, argued loudly with guests, terrible at customer service. If I hadn’t prepaid for my 5 night stay I would have left. And I saw a cockroach in my room two different days.

We stayed here as part of a team with 5 rooms and this was a major disappointment. At check-in, I was told there would be an additional charge of 5 dollars per child over 12 per day, on top of what I booked on hotels.com. I was charged this for the 2 17 year olds in our room "to better accommodate" ...
