"We found the hotel lacking a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. After paying $1050 a night for a room we expected a little more with amenities. "Property was clean and well maintained. We had a suite, expecting to be able to relax and enjoy the room. But there were no china or silverware whatsoever. I asked the front desk and was told they would send some. It never happened. We finally got some paper cups and plastic spoons from the maid, but had to neg to get more than one each. "The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge"

"This hotel was beautiful and in a safe location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not have the best experience checking in as the front desk member showed frustration for me being early to my reservation. We cannot always control flight arrivals… she scorned me after I jokingly mentioned I’m a little early saying “A little early? We’re still handling check outs.” After a long morning of travel, I was turned off by her unwelcoming attitude. The manager onsite was able to assist...
