"Wonderful stay. Front desk, housekeeping, and room service all polite and amazing. 💕. I had left my diamond ring and they found it and held it for me. So grateful. Pool was very clean , had some ants around the chairs but no biggie. The pool bar is only open on the weekends. I enjoy my stays here. "

"Rooms were well maintained. My recommendation in the design is to consider lower vanities so allow kids to brush teeth and wash hands on their own. It’s a kids establishment so rooms should design with that in mind. Dublin doughnuts on property was a good option for breakfast, half the price of in house restaurant. Why is coffee and hot chocolate so expensive though! I liked this smaller resort as o felt safe with my kids. The magi quest was a hit so was the ropes. If your kids would enjoy these get the family pass for 6 persons to use adventure park unlimited. "

"My stay was much needed , had work at my home and needed hot water to shower and it wasn’t provided in my room - tried several times to take a shower to let the hot water warm up but never did. Very bad experience for me in a much needed situation. Staff on the other hand were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel overall was clean and nice."

"This was literally opposite NASA Space Station - perfect for hotel stay when visiting. No food available onsite (although breakfast is grab and go coffee and muffin). But there are take out options surrounding the hotel. Parking if you have your own transport - uber needed if using public. "

"THINK TWICE! Check-in process was the most complicated process we’ve ever encountered, and you need 3 different mobile applications to complete check in, registration and accessing the unit. Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. Last, the communication is perhaps the worst we’ve encountered, this unit is a standalone unit on the entire property for this company. The complicated process to access the facility daily is NOT worth the hassle. We would have been better off a a hotel."
