"A beautiful property in a very quiet area. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Kingston area but prefer to be out of the city."

"On arrival we could not find the check in desk and had no idea how to get into the building. After calling the front desk, we realized that we had to go to the nearby Quality Inn to check in to the Comfort Suites. I don’t believe this was communicated before check in and it would be nice if this was made very clear at the time of booking. Breakfast was included and it was ok. The pool was closed for maintenance while we stayed, but luckily we were able to use the one in the holiday Inn Express...

"I enjoyed staying in this historic inn. I admire the stained glass windows, high ceilings , chandeliers and intricate millwork. The garden is so fresh, vibrant and fragrant. The babbling water feature leading to the koi pond was relaxing. The staff gave attentive service starting with emails answering my questions. The breakfasts were lovely and afternoon tea was a pleasure. The location was easily walkable to the waterfront and downtown shops. I highly recommend this property."

"Staff was great even though was new person up front they clear up there issies with room keys but was never given a 10% discount on room since they computer issue and given another couple same room key and was promise a 10% discount never got and had to go t front desk several times to get key card fixed and house keeping came late doing the room other than that great place been there several times."
