"Nice hotel with great wellness area, exclusive suite was spacious room. Unfortunatelly the meals provided are below average and its taste varies hugely from day to day. In our case 2 out of 5 days the food was good, the other 3 days was merely edible. Also, the service in the restaurant is nothing but chaos, where everyone is doing everything. "I booked an apartment at a 4-star hotel on Hotels.com. When we arrived at the location, surprise, the hotel only had 2 stars and the room we were offered was a standard room and by no means the apartment we paid for. The staff was very rude. It was a big spike."

"It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room....

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"

"I stayed 3 nights in Family Apartments in Mountain hotel Kukucka. Apartment was nice with modern furniture, very clean with cool bathtub, there is balcony and equipped kitchen. We also tried breakfast in hotel Kukucka, which was nice. I would definitely come back! :) Enjoy your stay"
