"We enjoyed the Artisan restaurant, the great shops in the area. We were able to take a 5 min. walk to the Salem mall. Great restaurant for breakfast was the Friendly Toast, a 1min. walk from the hotel."

"I was there for 4 nights and didn’t receive any housekeeping. I was told that I’d need to put in a request on the 3rd day, I did that and still no housekeeping. No clean towels, or trash bags. Before I left I brought it to the front desk and the guy seemed like he didn’t care at all. (didn’t get the guys name). Also let me mention that the elevator cert maintenance here has been expired for the past 5 months. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and I’m not sure if it’s the new employees or management but worst experience of my life at a hotel. Honestly. And breakfast was trash too. "

"The room was clean. The ironing board was missing and the room phone did not have a dial tone. "

"My room was not clean….caramel on the nightstand and Easter candy and trash in the desk drawer. When I found this I contacted the front desk and they were very helpful and moved me. "

"Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, waffles, hot & cold cereal. The only problem was check-out, I inf ormed housekeeping at 9am that I was leaving at 11am (checkout time). Without knocking, housekeeping keyed the door open at 10am., Luckily I had finished my shower and was dressed. "
