"Staff we’re friendly but seemed like they didn’t really care about my concerns. I had not even 1 towel in my room so no shower, saw two cockroaches in my room , windows did not open , the room smelled horrible. Breakfast was terrible , TV did not work either I do not recommend this hotel . I complained and they just shrug there shoulders ."

This is a room in a 2nd floor place (no elevator, narrow stairs) with air-conditioning, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. "2025年にできた小さなホテル。まだ新しくてきれい。ロケーションは、マレの繁華街の中心に近いエリアなのでカオス。車でホテルの前まで行くのは無理。しかし夜は意外と静かである。部屋は、窓にシートが貼られていて外が見えないのが玉に瑕だが、マレなので仕方がない。部屋は清潔で、必要なものは揃っている。テレビは配信サービスと契約していて、NHKも見られる。シャワーも快適。しばらく使っているとお湯がぬるくなってくるが、暑い国なのでそれほど気にならない。スタッフは親切。"

"Located down a narrow laneway, suitable for bikes only and with very steep stairs. We arived 2 hours before earliest check in, in hope to leave our suitcases and come back for check in. The staff were very accommodating and insisted we stay and check in. They had a room prepared quickly and carried our bags up. The bathroom stunk of cigarettes so we insisted on a different room. "self check in , for those not good with tech do not book here , had to get on my knees (2:surgeries) to try and open lock , lock was so small my 63 year old eyes could not open a young couple needed to ope it for me . security guard was more interested in his phone then helping me open a door . only when another guest told me i needed to put my key against that black box to unlock door to hallway , again security gaurd would not even look up . "

"A tidy place that was accommodated us well overnight. Staff were super friendly and organised reliable transport for us to the accomodation. The in house breakfast was perfect for what we needed. The place and room could benefit from a renovation but all in all we were happy. "
