"We were very disappointed with this Holiday Inn. The floors in our room were not clean and the bathroom floor was also dirty. There was a receptacle that was so loose that you could just shake it around. The air conditioner rattled whenever it came on. If I ever get back to Beaufort , I doubt that I would be staying at this hotel again."

"We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. The room was so clean and had everything we could want. The staff were very friendly. We loved all the amenities around the resort. Be sure to walk to Hudson's and Skull Creek restaurants to eat. They were delicious and are right next door to the resort. There is really no reason to have to leave."

"Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Our room was not clean and had a strong odor. We even bought air freshener spray, but it didn’t help. The refrigerator was also filthy. The hot tub was also out of service, and staff told us the necessary part was on the way, but it never arrived. The hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. After learning it wasn’t working, I asked if our room at least included the large jet bathtub, and I was told that it did. However, when we got to the room, it did not. I went back to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, and I was even willing to pay the additional charge, but they said no rooms with the large bathtub were available. In addition, our room appeared to be handicap accessible, as there was a shower chair in the bathroom. The window coverings were also an issue — while the sheer curtains closed completely, the solid curtains only covered half of each side, leaving the center of the window exposed. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations."
