"We were disappointed in the fact that our of 4 nights- 5 day trip, our room was not attended for service 2 of the nights. We called for fresh towels - only to find out housekeeping left for the day (7:30pm) so the desk manager- super nice brought us the fresh towels once we called. Ack 1/2 hour later.
The second day, we assumed all would be good, but no, we walked into an unserviced room again. 😡 I understand 1 night but 2 ugh! Anyway, we called and fresh towels , toilet paper and body wash was delivered. So as we left the next day, I said to the front desk, please make sure our room is services today, she said I sure will, I can’t believe it happened to you twice… we got back to our room later that evening and the room was serviced, but the coffee & tea station which we used daily, was completely empty- never serviced or replenished- ugh!
I went to the desk our final day apron checkout and explained my dissatisfied with what had taken place, and all we got was wow, I’m sorry.
The young lady in the coffee shop in the lobby where I bought my coffee because the amenity wasn’t filled was super nice. Her name was Bebe, she made me a great coffee, and was such a sweet lady. Great conversation, and wonderful smile. "
