"First of all, the staff were excellent! I also appreciated that the parking was convenient. Those are 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong perfumey smell when I arrived. I tried to air it out, but it was so strong that my bags and clothes absorbed some of that smell :( There was also a foul smell at the bathroom sink, which seemed to be coming from the drain. "This was a great experience to see. We stayed the night before leaving next day for a carnival cruise. If you want to really see everything you will need to be in good walking shoes for all the stairs. Usually not a problem but husband was having a major foot issue and the stairs really did him in. On a weekend they do not have set up for a rave the experience might have been better. It was a mess with parking and such, VERY bad communication on the whole parking issue. "The room is an okay room, not the most luxury room but fine for a family stay. I would not come here for a couple romantic stay though. The beds were so comfy that my baby did not wake up until the next day. The fridge and sink area is also nice. The pool area and the gym are nice as well. I loved it! The jacuzzi had leaves in it though. I would def stay here again if I want to save money. The only complaint I have are the guests. Many are older people that walk around the pool area just staring...

"The bed and room were a little outdated but the bed was comfy. The toilet and shower were tiny and in what seemed like a closet. Shower water was weak but warm. The complimentary breakfast was poor and the staff there was rude. Need more variety and nicer people at the breakfast."
