"The room initially assigned to me had visible mold throughout the room. The staff promptly relocated me to a different room; however, the new room also had a strong and unpleasant odor that appeared to be related to mold or mildew. Unfortunately, the condition of the second room did not resolve my concerns regarding the cleanliness and overall condition of the accommodations."
"Horrible! Will never stay again. We checked in and they had already gave our reserved room to someone else. So had a completely different one. It was upstairs. The concrete was cracking and it literally felt like you were going to fall. The key wouldn’t unlock the door. When we finally got it the air conditioner was off. It was a million degrees in that room. Took hours to cool off. Then there were dead bugs ALL OVER the floor. If we wasn’t already tired we would have looked for another room....
