"The location, the staff and the lovely room."

"Property doesn’t look as the photos in the Internet. The atmosphere is not pleasant. Room smelled as faucet, & they didn’t offer any alternatives. The property is old, dirty, dusty; room very dirty (walls, bathroom, lamps, fridge, etc). The beach is not natural, is very small, close to ships & pier. That’s not a beach neither a resort. Breakfast is basically junk food. It’s very overpriced. Really disappointed "

"The room was 3/10. There was mold everywhere: in the kitchen, in the bathroom, and on the ceiling. I even got some rash , I think it was from the mattress. We were surprised that a Marriot has the rooms so dirty. We stayed at the beach villas. They do required an intensive upgrade"

"It was a perfect stay! Great for young couples, and families. We had a maintenance request and they resolved it immediately while we were away at Disney. The staff are all so nice and welcoming, especially Amanda, and overall it was a great stay! If you feel nervous about the other reviews, don’t! It’s completely worth the price. It’s definitely not luxury, but it’s cost effective, the location is PERFECT, and genuinely has great vibes all around!"

"The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep. Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! "This is a nice property, but not a fancy resort. It is a nice hotel with a restaurant, pool, boating shop and a marina. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great place to take your boat to and enjoy the area."
