Employees were excellent, restaurant is good and an excellent pool just 10 km away from the center of Lucca. The area around the hotel is agricultural, in a boring way. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes)
