However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming at check-in, as they neither smiled nor made you feel greeted—rather, it seemed as if you were inconveniencing them for having to get up from the lobby sofa. But if you’re simply looking for a comfortable and clean place, conveniently located, with the basic amenities where you can rest and shower, then it’s perfectly fine—and the price is fair."

"Our room was great,…… clean, warm and refreshing. The bed was comfy; so white and inviting to us traveling in at 1:00 am. The shower needs to be fixed. No matter how tightly we closed the door, still there was water on the floor. Fortunately there was a floor drain. Everything was clean and bright inside; the appearance from the street was not quite as nice. The breakfast was lovely although we were the last guests. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and sufficiently fluent in English...

"Great location next to the Union square. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast for 6 euro. Near the stops of the airport bus which costs less than 1 euro. Central but quiet location. Good value for the money, single room 60€/day. No bar or restaurant in the hotel but plenty nearby."

"Nice property albeit a bit passed its prime. Rooms clean but in need of updating…especially bathrooms and AC which was noisy. Gym and spa very nice…and a great pool and sauna area. Waited one hour for Dinner to arrive at outdoor cafe: waiter forgot to pick up our order. Breakfast: very good variety but I have a problem with sliced white bread from a plastic bag when so many better options are available in Romania. Front desk staff friendly.
