"This is a great hotel. They definitely keep it clean. My biggest problem here was there’s no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It looks like it had been broken for some time. Because they already planned on having a bunch of fans in there. Which wasn’t great because there was a lady with long hair sitting in front of it every morning. "All inclusive concept applied to certain drinks and the collection menu at à la carte restaurant was not complimentary, the staff did not tell me about it but I enjoyed the food there. The staff was friendly. They have no shower rooms at check out but the reception offered to other location to the spa for shower and change. Over all I enjoyed my stay given some of the aspects of my stay could have been better"

"Great hotel! Great location - about 2 blocks/4 min walk to the beach and 6 min from the airport. It has a great pool and outdoor area! People are sitting out by the pool early in the morning and it’s a great place to meet people from around the world. The staff is super friendly and helpful with giving recommendations of restaurants to eat, activities to do during the day, and where to go to enjoy the best of the nightlife and concerts.
