The hotel over all was very clean especially after they were flooded just a few days before. The staff was very kind and generous. Alicia the young lady I checked in with was a great help and went above and beyond to take care of me. I greatly appreciated that. Overall next time I visit Ibiza I will stay there again.

They do a really good job of making the hotel look amazing in photos, however this is not the reality when you arrive in person, the rooms are a lot smaller than they look on the photos and the hotel itself is not worth the money, for the price I paid I was disappointed, the breakfast was ok, not much choice very basic but the bread and juice was nice. Would only recommend if you stayed for one or two nights but wouldn’t recommend if you was staying longer.

Sotto le aspettative che erano già basse…

Attesa al check in, poca ospitalità del ragazzo alla reception, camera non pronta alle 14:00, poca attenzione ai consumabili (carta e sapone finiti e non sostituiti), grave mancanza del minibar e soprattutto porte senza insonorizzazione che a Ibiza con gente che va e viene a tutte le ore quasi impossibili dormire. Unica nota positiva la signora delle colazioni, molto ospitale, cordiale e che sa dare ottimi consigli. Non credo tornerò in questa struttura.

I honestly wouldn’t rate this hotel even 3 stars. The room had no refrigerator – in Ibiza’s hot weather, that’s unacceptable (even basic motels have one). On top of that, there was no iron in the room. They ask for a €20 deposit to borrow an old, half-broken iron, which is ridiculous when the iron itself isn’t even worth that much. At the rates they charge (€1000+ for 3 nights), every room should at least have a working iron. The rooms are not soundproof, so you’ll hear noise from other guests all night. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the location is convenient for clubs and the airport, but communication was a challenge since not all staff speak basic English – which is surprising for a business in tourism. Overall, overpriced for what you get.

It feels like they just threw this place together and did the bare minimum. They didn’t even give me a do not disturb sign so I had house keeping knocking on my door during siesta. The guy at the front desk seemed annoyed I came. There were noisy people at 5, 6 , 7, 8 am both mornings slamming doors and endless knocking. Just overall not a relaxing or comfortable place to stay. Try to find somewhere else.

The worst experience ever

This was unfortunately a very disappointing stay. The hotel has a strong party atmosphere, with loud music playing late into the night and guests frequently shouting in the hallways. It was very difficult to get any sleep during my visit. On multiple occasions, I witnessed disruptive behaviour including loud banging on doors and rowdy gatherings. I ended up resting by the pool during the day just to catch up on sleep. During my stay, I also saw local authorities visit the property more than once. If you’re looking for a peaceful or relaxing holiday, this may not be the right place.

Staff super unfriendly My colleague didnt got the "suite" he booked On arrival my room didnt had toilet paper nor shower gel (amazing combination.....) We gold sold party tickets for a party which didnt exist - when we complaint they told us its not their problem. I wrote them afterwards about all of it and they did not respond Terrible experience. Great trip for a chilled vibra but close to action

Perfect location to the beach and close to clubs and airport. Pool was nice too for a dip if rather over the beach. A more chilled vibe than other vibra hotels. The only complaint is the walls are thin and you do hear people throughout the night

Everything was fine, the location is great, next to the city center, clubs and many restaurants. You can walk everywhere. The hotel is ok too, clean, comfortable for 3-4 nights, pool and bar. The breakfast time doesn’t make any sense in a city that breathes night and clubbing (8 am? You can’t eat once you get back, and probably will not get up early enough if you sleep a couple of hours). The staff isn’t very friendly and the checkin also was not very cool, they asked me the booking print screen despite they have all my information on the screen already.

I found this to be a very chilled out hotel. We had a superior room which was nice and spacious. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were polite and professional. Only downside I would say is there didn’t seem to be any lifts, I had to carry my bag up 3 flights of stairs and there was no offer of help to do this. I did think the pool bar menu was slightly limited too.

Great value for money

This hotel is great value for money when compared to other options in Ibiza. It’s new, clean, and very functional. Not super luxury but everything you need for a nice stay. The pool area is nicer than in the photos too. While it’s a quick walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach, it’s in quite a quiet secluded location. I would stay again!

Perfect location for an affordable hotel that is walking distance from the main playa d'en bossa street, Ushuaia and Hi. Rooms can be noisy due to thin doors/walls, so sleeping in after a long night is not a given. Very convenient luggage storage and showers available after checkout if you have a late flight!
