I received a request from the hotel via my Expedia account to leave a review, so here it is. Upon arrival, the hotel room floor wasn't clean (there were even a few dirty shoe prints), and the furniture (along with other items in the room) was battered in places and had small stains—suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. "This was our second time staying here as it is such a perfect hotel, went with our 14 year old daughter and it was an amazing stay. The pool is beautiful, the location is great, staff very welcoming and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The spa is a nice addition too - as is the breakfast. Highly recommended"

"We loved our stay here. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and helped us get in a last minute uber eats order, procure whatever we needed and get a taxi. The room was gorgeous with lots of mirrors and space to get ready! while the location was far from the clubs, it was super scenic and we had beautiful sunset views right outside the hotel. Would recommend for sure!"

"Everything met my expectations from the moment we checked in. The Junior Suite was spacious, clean and maintained. We had an amazing holiday. Unfortunately, the experience changed the day before our departure. I went to reception to ask if we could extend our checkout time by just one hour, from 12pm to 1pm.
