HVAC unit sounded like it was on its last breath. Breakfast that they touted was a joke, you hurt beyond expiration date, sliced deli ham in hot water with boiled eggs. Hard bread and bagels. Juice machine dispensed water on all outlets. "

"This hotel always meets my expectations for what a hotel should be. Always clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. They check all the boxes. Other hotels should have to study how this place operates and learn from them. "

"Location says 15 minutes from airport but takes twice the amount of time from airport. Felt like it was a rougher side of town. Had problems with loud next door guests and took 3 calls and trip to front desk to get problem resolved. Breakfast was very basic and not good for someone with celiac. "
