"It was a very decent property ,home from home type of apartment .very good to be doing your own self catering break .in a quiet area ,so its 15 mins walk into any nightlife or restaurants ."

"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill. The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment...

"C’était très bien en famille. L’appartement en face de la piscine top (manque juste d’un peu d’équipement pour les petits, par ex un marche pied pour atteindre le lavabo). Un Surveillant de baignade toujours présent à la piscine et l’animateur Yismast ( aquagym) qui motive bien les gens pour les jeux et l’aquagym."

"Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked. Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere Location is...

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. "Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive.
