"Checking in was not fun as the staff did not have my reservation on record. They had to call someone for confirmation and i wasn't happy about that. Overall, the staff were friendly, nice and very helpful."

"Generally, the hotel offers no dining services. Rooms are not properly cleaned, such that there is always sand in the room. Sporadic electricity, such that most of the time you are in a blackout, especially when the genset runs out of gas. The aircon does not function sometimes, making the room to be very hot. The shower has no hold water and it is not functional as well. The hotel does not accept online booking especially through Expedia."

"We booked a room at this hotel to have a relaxing weekend away, initially after booking, the hotel called and claimed that they only received a partial payment from Expedia, so I contacted Expedia and they tried contacting the hotel but were unsuccessful. We tried connecting with the hotel again and they then claimed that there was no booking at all and that they hadnt received any payment from Expedia.
