"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."

"Hotel was extremely clean.Staff is super friendly and accommodating. It seemed newly renovated which I love. Also the bar/restaurant in the lobby was also a nice touch with affordable menu items. Pool was located outside which was perfect for the hot summer months that kept the water temp nice when going for swim. I think the electronics in the rooms such as tv,microwave etc seemed a little dated. Other than that I’ll definitely stay again."

"The room was clean and well organized. I was charged an additional 20.00 for my suite of 4 occupancy. I had my husband, son and his friend as the occupants (total of 4). In addition the room had an odor of mildew from the HVAC which triggered my allergies. Staff should leave unit running to keep moisture build up at bay."

"Staff was only positive. No value for the cost. No pluses. TV and internet (only included items) did not work properly in our room. Notified front desk, a very nice gentleman rebooted the TV but still had continued buffering while attempting to watch a movie. We could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and gotten breakfast."

"The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was filled with different items. The hotel and property was very clean.
The cleaning crew uses a very strong smelling carpet deodorizer which was also all over the countertops which I had to clean. It was obvious that they just throw it everywhere.
The water pressure was more than lacking with a standard home shower head as well.
Although there were 2 main complaints, for this price and location, this is a great place to book."
